Our primary interest is gardening, our focus is southern Florida. We're hopeful this resource contributes to your needs.

We volunteers have only one goal - your satisfaction we are solving your problem, impacting local flora favorably. You will be impressed at what we can tell you about plants, butterflies, birding, ecology, photography, and environmentally related civic events and kids' programs. Join us in this information exchange/resource as we make a positive impact on our environment.

**** Near our fifth anniversary, we can see, we are more than chit/chat about where to buy best plants, we are plugged into so many events, our calendar is easiest click for comprehensive update of countywide events of interest to us. MGs connected? How about MGs extended, with reach into related interests across the county. Who would have guessed there were so many activities we need to be aware of, most already having some MG participation. And, we are more than MGs, we are Friends of MGs and in that capacity bring wide ranging interests beyond the horticultural template to include the above mentioned interests, and beyond, within the Extension mandate of an informed citizenry to better make decisions. We are a like minded community, horticultural at the core, and your thoughts/comments, and joint activities bind us together. Show solidarity by participating.
