In an attempt to carry on a discussion of All Things Tarot we have created Some Things Tarot as a forum for the discussion of Tarot and other divinatory arts & phenomena & related esoterica, metaphysics, etc.

We here at Some Things Tarot encourage & value the social aspect of our site as much as the on topic discussions at any skill or knowledge level. From the newest beginners to the most advanced adepts.

All decks and forms of divination are welcome topics of discussion but dont be surprised by the occaisonal recipe for chocolate torts.

We are really more the tea table than the lecture hall.

Requests for "Tarot Readings" are limited to contributing members of the group. However, private requests to the moderators will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

This is done only in the hope of gently discouraging people from subscribing to the group solely to get a "Tarot Reading." -- there are a number of other Yahoo groups that are specifically set up to do that.

We do not accept unsolicited, commercial advertising for products we have not personally approved, and we do not have the time or resources to approve all the unsolicited advertising submitted to us. We have a market day once a month when such promotional activities are encouraged but other wise we discourage the practice.
