This site is one of the few for South American reenactment groups. Links of direct interest are on the main page labled "The Defense of Buenos Aires Reenactment" and "Grupo de Recreación del Real Cuerpo de Artillería". Stories of Bernardo de Galvez
The illustrious Bruce Buonuaro's website for his Galvez impression. Bruce also does Padre Serra (and other gigs like the hammerhead in the last two Pirates of the Carribean movies). Very good site.
