This group is a spin-off from the Socknitters group. The purpose of this list is to facilitate the current sock knitalong. The ultimate goal is to help each other learn to knit socks and learn the many different techniques. The learning process will be accomplished through a Sock every other month format. The discussions are limited to the sock that are being knit and general sock questions. Any other subjects need to be prefixed with OT (Off Topic). This group is not intended for teaching the basics of knitting. If you can knit and purl then you know enough to get started on socks.
