The Snipe one-design sailboat was designed in Florida in 1931 and is still the most competitive international dinghy racing class in the 21st century.

This group is for Snipe sailors everywhere and specifically for those interested in a forum for Fleet 801 located in St. Petersburg, Florida on beautiful Tampa Bay. Fleet 801 is supported by the St. Petersburg Yacht Club.
