The Skiffytown League of Heroes is an online interstate group of individuals who share a creative bond in the realms of fan fiction and art. The group came together and met at various auditions throughout the country for the Sci Fi Channel's Who Wants To Be A Superhero?. The core group all auditioned for season 2, but with its popularity, new members with the same desires continue to join everyday. Many members of this online community act as good will ambassadors, taking the characters they created and ringing them to life at various functions in support of different charities and community programs throughout the country. Though they set out as individuals originally, they have joined together and have organized gatherings or "round up's" throughout the country, ranging from Texas to Arizona and Ohio.
