If you'd like to participate in drawings, bring a $2 scratch-off lottery ticket (or two $1 scratchers) and 5 stamps; there is no obligation to participate in the drawings.

In order to become a member you must first attend a meeting; at that time we'll extend an invitation to join.

We want this to be a group in which everyone shares and participates; it's not fair if only one or a few people are posting new sweeps for us. Therefore, members must:

- post a local or limited state sweepstakes at least once a month
- attend a minimum of one meeting every 4 months
