Hi Gina, Andrew, and Any One,

Here are only a few words from my (semi-)retired self: Elizabeth
does live a deep understanding of shamanic work and play and she is
indeed a trusty teacher, as Andrew vouched! And she would make sure
you met Spirit and Spirits within to teach you your own wondrous
shamanic ways.

Andrew, thanks for chiming in! I heard about the fun of your last
visit to Shamanic Shift Center. I am very old by most folks'
standards so I hardly ever travel through ordinary-reality anymore,
except within a radius of a few miles around here (these 'top secret'
spacetime coordinates, nearer to Madison than Milwaukee WI).
