Sewing for dolls can be challenging. Sewing for BJDs can be even more challenging! The variety of sizes and shapes among the ball-jointed dolls is immense. So finding patterns for a specific doll can be tricky – as well as all of the other items that are hard to find whenever sewing for dolls. Just the right fabric, notions and trims can make all the difference in creating the look you are intending.

So I am forming this group to try to bring some of the information together for anyone looking to sew for the ball-jointed dolls. I hope that beginner sewers as well as advanced will join and share along with designers, pattern makers, etc. Each bit of information will add to others so that hopefully this can become a database that is easily accessed for helpful hints, sources, tips, etc.
