This group is a communication tool for a natural product buying club in Winter Springs, Florida. We order monthly from United Natural Foods and Albert's Organics, as well as from local farmers and apiaries. All orders arrive the same day and must be picked up in Winter Springs the day of delivery.

If you are new, please read the Buying Club Handbook, located in the Files section (see link on the left). All dates are posted on the Calendar. Instructions for the fresh food (produce) ordering are located on the website used to place that order (requires separate login). Please be aware that this buying club is not a business, but rather a service that we provide so people can afford to eat healthy food. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that products are in good condition and within the expiration date upon arrival. We will do our best to assist you with returns, but it is your responsibiity to know the product number and price. Returns require the product expiration or manufactured date and must be returned for refund within 3 days. We hope you appreciate this valuable service!

NOTE: We do not offer basic technical support. You must be able to navigate and use the features of this Yahoo! group and to perform basic computer functions like open and use a Web browser, modify an Excel spreadsheet and read instructions from a PDF file. If you cannot perform these tasks, please get help from a friend or family member before contacting me. We are happy to help with any questions directly related to our ordering sites that are not answered in the Buying Club Handbook or the on-site documentation.
