Truth is not a spiritual thing.

Nothing to do with chackras awakening, meditation, reincarnation, channeling or sadhana. It has nothing to do with energy tramission or rising your kundalini. It has nothing to do with healing the inner child or wounds of the past. It does not need therapy or growth of any type.
It is not matter of becoming anything, or improving anything. It is not even matter of giving up of any sort.
You cannot gain it or understand it, and you cannot lose it.

Simply, you are it. If any seeking for it stops, you see this, and Life is just celebration, because there is no effort in Being.
