The Self-Determination Forum is for the sharing of information and resources among individuals, advocates, family members and professionals interested in Self Determination, human rights and individual funding for people with developmental disabilities. The Forum includes information on Pennsylvania's Office of Mental Retardation's Systems Transformation and its impact on Self Determination and individualized funding.
