It's hoped to create a contact point for those based around the towns of Seaford, Newhaven and Peacehaven, you don't have to live in the area to join us.
Our aim is to create a central depository for photos, links, files etc. so please post away, but please don't post or discuss anything you wouldn't do on the air.
IMPORTANT
Before you start, please take time to click on the “Edit Membership” link above.
Pay attention to the “Message Delivery”, Message Preference” and “Email Notification” sections where you can adjust how many or how few emails you receive from the group.
While in that screen, you can also add new profiles and email addresses, which may be useful if you already have a Yahoo profile but now want a more specific one, say with your callsign as its name.
I haven’t experienced an increase in spam after joining Yahoo groups, but it’s always a good idea to take out an additional email address just for forums and groups.
Now go to the Links pages and explore all the exotic modes and facets of the hobby and if you fancy trying any, post a message as there may be others interested (or already doing it).
