ScrapCITY is a place where Scrapbook enthusiasts, both new and experienced, can share their craft. We focus on teaching and sharing ideas and techniques to make your scrapbook pages uniquely yours, no matter what your level of experience.

Aside from creating unique layouts, you will learn to make your own Scrapbook from the very beginning, using paper, chipboard and various embellishments and components. You'll learn to create your own papers, make your own embellishments and to take scrapbooking way beyond the basics.
