The purpose of this group is to discuss weaving in the Scandinavian tradition. Weavers of all skill levels are encouraged to join in the discussion. Whether you use a Scandinavian loom (Glimåkra, Toika, Öxabäck, etc.), enjoy traditional, Scandinavian weaves (krokbragd, vadmal, rya, etc.), love working with Scandinavian yarns and fibers (Norsk Kunstvevgarn, Rauma, Borgs-Klippan, etc.), or want to know more about the history of weaving and cloth-making in the Scandinavian tradition; please let us know what you are working on or are planning on doing. Questions and advice are welcome regardless of level of expertise. We all approach this material at our own level, and each of us can benefit in some way from another's perspective.
