Right you are, not big difference between them is.

It is good to be concerned as the UN does of a peaceful population - either Palestinians bearing consequences of fellow-citizen terrorist attacks on Israel or, surely, Israelis - direct victims of these Palestinian terrorist attacks.

However, a selective attitude to the similar suffering of various tribe-men is a well known UN phenomena, while being ignored on mere racist genocidal issues of which origin at  Melbourne University, Australia, had been brought about to the UNHCHR-s steadily, repeatedly and equally with no practical responses from NYC/Geneva yet.
