This group is for parents who stray from the mainstream thinking in their parenting practices. Attachment parenting principles, extended breastfeeding, homebirth, midwifery, not vaccinating, not circumcising and homeschooling are just a few of the issues that separate us from mainstream parenting. We may also discuss cloth diapering, tandem nursing, limited/no television, homeopathy and holistic practices, organically grown foods and healthy nutrition. We do not tolerate flaming, but feel free to disagree in a mature and supportive manner.
