Welcome to Salaam_V_Shalom. This list has been established in the sincere hope that it will result in meaningful dialogue, esp. on the Middle East, between Arabs, Muslims, Jews , and Christians throughout the world.
It is in that spirit that we have started this list. So often our peoples have not had the ability to speak and be heard. We can learn more about each other, our common interests, our common humanity, and our mutual and individual concerns by talking directly to each other.
We hope that the give-and-take dialogue of an Internet discussion group will be an easy vehicle for dialogue. To assist in this we require a brief introductory letter of all new members.
