The picture is of Nui Ba Den, the fabled "Black Virgin Mountain" in Tay Ninh Province, South Viet Nam. The picture was taken from Trai Trang Sup in 1966. Trang Sup was located about fifty miles northwest of Saigon near the Cambodian border.
Applications for membership must also contain first and last names, date and place served in country or in support. Applications without this information will be automatically refused.
