In other News...

 

For those of you attending Pantheacon, you'll notice an absence of one drum maker. The Powers that be have decided, due to unprecedented application volume, that they would look at many new vendors for their happy pilgrims. However, this also means that some old favourites were left by the wayside - including The Different Drum. Fear not, to those of you that were hoping and saving for a new friend...

 

As I am attending an event in Los Angeles that very same weekend, I am gearing up for a fairly large build beginning next week and will have a pile of new pieces to take with me - this means that anyone within driving distance is welcome to stop by the shop and try out the new toys (or  try and talk me down on the price of an old one you've been drooling over) fresh out of the soup. Thinking something custom? Now would be a great time to come by and cook something up with me. I am also working with two students in a "make your own drum" session right in my workshop on Monday the 9th. So, if you've been considering making a drum, and you have the day off, contact me so I can add you to the roster!

 

Classes are still available, the website calendar has been updated, and we're still here in spite of the economy.
