RJ, I really don't know what the discussion is all about. You have the location
of the main and the branch down pat.

What I have been talking about is the small passenger wye located within the big
legs. It ran from the south road crossing curving up to the right and joining
the Oroville leg at the north-south road crossing

I believe I can see the pad of the substation in your views, right where I said
it was. I don't have my plats with me now, I'll scale off the distance from the
east line of the road. Biff
