Welcome to the SW Scotland Yoga Group, the information resource for and by the Yoga community in Ayrshire and DUmfries and Galloway!

If you live in Ayrshire or Dumfries and Galloway and have an interest in Yoga, please join in. Our aim is to promote Yoga in SW Scotland, bringing you the best of teachers from local areas and beyond. We are a one-stop-shop for Yoga information and strive to bring together students and teachers.

If you teach yoga in South-West Scotland (or nearby), whatever style or affiliation, please join in. You can advertise your classes and workshops, and notify us of any major events you are organising or attending, all for free.

If yo uare a student, from the expreienced to the not-even-started, please don't be shy. You have nothing to lose, not even a membership fee!
