The SUN LIST is free to all subscribers and features listings of updated, online events and e-mail notification of events sponsored by the San Francisco Bay Chapter of Sierra Singles. The SUN LIST is intended for events not scheduled in the S.F. Bay Chapter Sierra Singles Monthly newsletter, and as such will normally contain events scheduled on a more spontaneous basis, including events scheduled for the same day. Once you have signed on as a subscriber to the SUNLIST you will be able to access outdoor and social events listed at this site as well as receive e-mail notification of all SUN LIST events as they are scheduled.


The SUN LIST is not intended to replace our Monthly newsletter. The Monthly Newsletter contains a much larger selection of events sponsored by S.F. Bay Chapter of Sierra Singles. Events listed on the SUN LIST, as well as in our Monthly newsletter, are diverse and include wilderness and urban hikes, camping events, water craft activities such as kayaking and rafting, theatre, movie and dinner outings, potluck dinners, games nights, dancing, and other unique events.

Events may only be posted by qualified S.F.Bay Chapter Sierra Singles leaders. Please limit your post to 600 words.

The S.F. Bay Chapter of Sierra Singles is a section of the Sierra Club.
