is a nonprofit organization that provides education, resources, information, support and companionship for adoptive and foster care families.

STARS is a family support group located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our adoptive and foster care parents are raising children of different races and cultures.

STARS members believe that every child deserves love, respect and a sense of belonging within his or her family and community.

STARS families appreciate the diversity of our world because diversity enriches us all.

STARS members strive to make connections with our adopted or foster child's birth race and birth culture.
