In March 2001, the new child support guidelines went into effect (S.B.
180). This allowed for the administrative suspension of licenses but
to anyone who had an arrears
at that time, it did not apply. Does anyone have any info on the
'grandfathering' or do you know if the law has changed and and no
longer applies to arrears prior to the effective date?
Need help on this immediately! Thanks!
