This group is for people carpooling to Spirit Rock from Sonoma County.

It may also be used for information about Buddhist events in Sonoma County.

It is not for any other types of communications or solicitations. No chats, no for-sales, no political or social commentary, no chain letters, jokes or personal notes...just messages saying you want to offer or need a ride to an event at Spirit Rock or you know of a local Buddhist event.

There are carpool meeting locations at the Hub in Cotati (in front of the restroom building) and at the Library in Petaluma (at the bus stop nearest to the Library's front door.) See directions below

Since many people are sensitive to fragrances, please avoid wearing any when carpooling.
Also, we encourage contributing $4 or $5 to drivers to help with auto expenses.

If you want to connect with people, you may want to give your email address and/or phone number. Or you could simply say something like “I’ll be at the Hub in Cotati at 5:15 (for a Monday night dinner for instance), is anyone else meeting there?”, etc. People interested in carpooling will respond to the entire bulletin board, so please make responses brief and only about carpooling.

Directions: Cotati Hub: From Hwy 101, exit at 116 West Cotati, go east one block to Old Redwood Highway, turn right and go one long block and one short block, turn right on La Plaza and park on the left. Petaluma Library: Just off Washington Street at 100 Fairgrounds Drive, just west of Hwy 101.
