This Community Discussion Board has been established as a reasonable, effective, and free method, appropriate to the size and nature of the association, for lot owners to communicate (openly) among themselves and with the board of directors regarding any matter concerning the association, its business and responsibilities, and the common grounds. This online forum is intended to contain and convey individuals’ issues, inquiries, opinions, concerns, and responses pertaining to the applicable homeowner associations. Messages containing person-to-person criticism or invective (insulting, abusive, or highly critical language) will not be tolerated and will be deleted by the discussion board manager. Repeated offensive comments may result in loss of access to the discussion board by the offending message poster. Residents and readers are advised that this is not a forum for conducting official business by any of the associations. By applicable law and governing documents, all official business, decisions and actions of the association boards of directors must be by a majority vote of those directors constituting a quorum in attendance at a properly noticed meeting.
