Yes I do. I would recommend buying the Microscale decal set 87-196 (for HO), and
collecting some photos of the engine you're interested in modeling. Books are a
good source. The "Fallen Flags" website has some photos; there are probably
others elsewhere online. I think with all that you can do the job. If you have
any detailed questions, you can ask.

Color numbers: Green: Duco 254-35441
Yellow: Duco 254-54015
Black: Dulux 88-762
As far as model paint, I would recommend mixing up a paint match to diesels that
you have that are already painted. For example, if you have the Atlas SP&S RS-1,
the BLI SP&S SW-9, or the Athearn RS-3, they're pretty close or exact. To me,
the only question is the red roof where the Atlas and BLI engines don't match
the OMI brass RS-3. I'm still not sure which I would pick. The SP&S HS has sold
paint samples and paint from time to time. Maybe more will be produced sometime.
If so, I'd pick some up.

the steamers, where can one find decals for same?
SP&S, in the fifties, used Alco S-1, S-2, RS-1, RS-2, RS-3, FA/B-1, FA/B-2,
Baldwin VO1000, EMD NW-2, SW-9, GP-9, F-3A, F-7A, E-7A
Steam wan generally based on NP and GN engines. I can't think of any
"affordable" SP&S steam models available right now; you're kinda stuck with
brass for that. Sunset made an SP&S 4-8-4 that went for about $700. It has some
flaws, but it's about as low a price as you're going to see on SP&S steam. The
SP&S HS is publishing books of photos of various classes of steam. Decals are
available from Champ.
I recommend you start collecting books on the SP&S. You might also join the SP&S
HS--lotsa good people.
