Gee Bob,
I forgot I had even subscribed to this list........
As for Dayton, my wife VE3HBR and myself have been considering making the
trek to Ham Mecca this year. If we do end up going, we're hoping to make a
week or two holiday in that area and maybe a bit south. I'll be easy to
spot, look for the drooling husband on a lease that is being lead around the
booths with a wife yelling, "Down boy!".
Can't help you on the DX Doubler, interface here is the MK2R+ by microHAM.
Contest software is WriteLog. It is not fare for me to compare it to other
software I have never tried or look at, so I won't. For me WL has been rock
solid and it has allowed me to grow from SO1R to a sprouting SO2R station.
Current phase of my SO2R project is adding band pass stubs to the station
rigs. Eventually I would like to add switching band pass filters. So if any
of you knowledgeable fellows can make a recommendation or two with BP
filters please jump in. The main criteria for band pass filters is that I
would like to have them work automatically with my microHAM Band Decoders.
...... thanks for the wake up call.

Eric - VE3GSI
