Regretfully, I was unable to attach photos to a "reply to group" response on this website. Hence, I am forwarding a seperate email to the party seeking a 2 BR rental in mid-July.   
 
The attached photos are to a casita on Calle Chorro which has two bedrooms up a spiral staircase [both with queen beds] and VIEWS.  There is a solarium room and bathroom with deep tub seperating the bedrooms.  The MBR has floor to ceiling windows/door to balcony with 50 mile views and has a gas fireplace.  Downstairs, a studio room has a twin bed and 1/2 bath.  The main LR/great room is open to the kitchen which has an island, private patio, high ceilings, large fireplace [non-working] , windows along the entire back side flooding the casita with light.  Mature gardens, breathtaking views, American TV channels, wireless, vonage, W/D on property. 
 
The property is located seven blocks from the Jardin/Parroquia and two blocks from the Hotel Sierra Nevada at the Parque Juarez.  It's been my private residence for two years.  There is a main hacienda with an 84 year old lady who has lived here for 30+ years and there is another apartment below the main hacienda [which you cannot see] which usually is empty except for family visits that will be hosting members of the Chamber Music Festival for two weeks in August.
