Shanghai Jiao Tong University Alumni Association of Silicon Valley, or SJTU-SV, is a growing platform for all alumni to help out each other in all aspects. We SJTU alumni come together to enjoy life, to build up closer personal relationship, to promote SJTU image, and to exchange career development and business ideas.

United, we have stronger voice and strength to protect our interests, to make our living better, and to pursue our dreams. We promote the missions of the organization in many ways. We organize varieties of social events for alumni to have fun and expand networks. We establish information exchange channels and organize seminars to facilitate career development of our alumni. We build alliances with other organizations to better utilize our resource and polish images of SJTU and our alumni.

As you know, JiaoDa has five campuses, located in Shanghai, Xi'an, Beijing, Chengdu and Hsinchu. While SJTU-SV is formed mostly by alumni from the Shanghai campus, the organization also promotes interests for alumni from other campuses.

SJTU-SV is an independently operated, not-for-profit organization by law of California. At the same time, it is also a subgroup of CTUAA-NC (Northern California Chiao Tong University Alumni Association).
