This forum is comprised almost exclusively of former students/alumni of St. Joseph's Convent School in Zanzibar before it became Tumekuja School after the Revolution of 1964.

It was initially formed to help disseminate information about the SJCSZ Reunion in Toronto in 2005 but has since continued as a venue for members - both those who reconnected with their classmates at the Reunion 2005 and others who came on board after the reunion - to stay connected with each other.
