... Are you trying to adjust levels in the Cue Properties Window or the Active Matrix Window. By default with SFX 6.2, the Active Matrix window is not shown.

... Yes we moved the cue properties to a separate window. This was mostly done so we could add more features to the cue properties that would have been next

I can confirm that with multipart cues expanded SFX will not scroll through the cues as you progress. If they are collapsed however it will scroll fine Regards
