This group is an open forum for communication between members of contact improvisation community of the San Francisco Bay Area region. This is the sister group of the original SFBACI group, (San Francisco Bay Area Contact Improvisation) which is strictly dedicated to CONTACT workshops, classes, performances, and jams announcements. We decided to add a second group due to many requests from subscribers to keep the message content SFBACI group strictly contact related.

For example, we encourage HOUSING announcements here. Also, messages related to political issues, local events, ecological information, dance and somatics can be posted here. Our intention is to keep the announcements infrequent and essential and to avoid long discussions.

We hope this will make this a space for a more cohesive and connected contact improvisation community. The list is open for anyone to join and moderators will keep their eye on postings to facilitate constructive dialogue.
