Welcome! South Eastern Communities That Care is a grass-roots program that addresses the well-being of our area by creating protective bonds between young people and their communities.

SE CTC is a grant-funded process endorsed by Governer and Mrs. Ridge of Pennsylvania. There are over one hundred CTC's operating in the United States today.There are eleven functioning CTC's in Pennsylvania.

South Eastern York Communities That Care serves the area that encompasses the entire South Eastern School District.

South Eastern's plan currently includes providing safe after-school programs for middle and high school students, hosting weekly teen recreation nights as well as a monthly forum, offering local GED tutoring for youth and adults, and developing a community and school incentive program that rewards academic improvement and positive student behavior.
