This is the email group for the decentralised South Essex Climate Action Network (SECAN)

We hope to pull together individual activists, and formal local groups (such as Greenpeace, WDM and Friends of the Earth) into a wider Climate Change coalition.

The focus of that coalition will be to oppose RWE npower insane proposal to build a new coal power station at Tilbury.
