This listserv is for anyone who has an interest in the birds, birders, and the hobby/sport of birding in the San Diego and Imperial Counties of Southern California, the Northern Baja California of Mexico.
Suggested topics are Bird sightings, I.D. questions and discussions, Bird records, Bird Club activities and meetings, and so on.
Topics that are not allowed, are questions about Cage birds! If the bird has escaped and is existing in the wild, then it is okay to discuss. Conservation issues are discouraged, as there are other forums for this. Signatures including your real name, your city, and your E-mail address are required at the end of your message.
The Photo section is for images of the rare or unusual species that visit the region. If you want to share your images of anything other than rare or uncommon species, please do so on your own website.
