This list is the repository for jokes, jests, jibes, quips, and humor stories about and within the Society for Creative Anachronism. Just the yucks folks!

From the infamous *You know you're in the SCA when* list, to Scadian bumper sticker slogans, and personal SCA anecdotes. We intend to poke fun at the Society and ourselves for making this all encompassing *hobby* such a permanent part of our lives. As the SCA covers nearly every aspect of our lives so shall the jokes. If you are offended by a little risqué language then chances are this list might not be for you. We frequently go OT, so just a couple of rules for the sake of humor and harmony: no modern political jokes, nothing blatantly discriminatory or offensive, and no flaming. Play nice. If in doubt, run it by one of the moderators first. Otherwise, you may find yourself moderated or removed. We'll try to keep it as clean and tongue in cheek as possible but we can make no promises.

Due to increase of spammers trying to hit the list, please tell us a little about yourself (ie, SCA name and what group you play with). Otherwise we may verify with you before approving your request to join, or more likely, your request may be flat out denied.

With that said, pull up a chair to the campfire and enjoy yourselves!
