Welcome to the Santa Barbara Regional Nonviolent Communication Email Community. We provide an opportunity for people interested in receiving information about Nonviolent Communication activities in Santa Barbara and nearby areas. This will include the latest notices, updates and changes to the schedule of upcoming workshops, classes, and practice groups.

At this site you can find an online calendar of local events and trainings and the archive of all prior messages.

You have three different choices for how you receive email messages:
# Individual emails (the choice everyone starts with).
# Daily Digest
# Webview only.

With "Individual emails" you receive each individual email at your address.
With Daily Digest the system collects all the mails in one day (whether that is 1 or 2 or 30) and puts them into one message with a title such as "Digest Number 89" and it email that to you. Inside it are, with titles, all the messages of the day.
With "Web view only" you receive NO email, and read all messages in the "Messages" archive on this site.


To change your email mode choice you need to sign in and then can click on the tab that says "My Groups." This should bring you to a page listing all of the YahooGroups of which you are a member (possibly only SBNVC).On the right of the line it offers Delivery Options which you can change to "Daily Digest" or to "webmail." You can go on the web to Messages section and there you can view all the messages over the past months.
