PURPOSE of this Group:
1.> provide easy method to contribute, distribute, and search for ideas and information for bulletin editors.
2.> encourage more club members to accept the opportunity to be bulletin editor.
3.> improve retention of current bulletin editors.
4.> improve club member's knowledge of Rotary.

GOAL is to have ALL messages posted to this group
contain information to be printed in club bulletins
or for production and distribution of club bulletins

E-MAIL ideas and information for use by bulletin editors.

Avenues of Service, Club, Vocational, Community, International, The Rotary Foundation.
Inspire, Motivate, Graphics, Links, Files
Bulletin details (name, paper size, number of pages, distribution method, software).

Bulletin is a BRIEF statement of news.
Editors prefer messages that do NOT require further editing.
If message is over 1200 characters, try splitting into 2 or more sections that can be printed alone.

ATTACHMENTS will be removed. Offer to send directly if requested.

Include YOUR-name, CLUB-name, DISTRICT-number.

Moderator reserves the right to EDIT messages BEFORE posting to group.
