This group is made up of home owners and residents that live in the Rosewood HOA of Bryan, Texas. The group was formed by the Neighborhood Enforcement Team (NET) of the Bryan Police Department, so that crime prevention tips, crime trends, safety alerts, and quality of life information can be shared between the city of Bryan and between citizens living in the area.
