With RMAN, You are not alone!

The Rocky Mountain Accreditation Network (RMAN) is the Police Accreditation Coalition (PAC) for this area. Members of RMAN are from Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. We meet three to four times per year, usually in conjunction with an accreditation conference. These meetings include discussions concerning the CALEA process, and problem-solving. Additionally, there is usually a discussion of what is new and what occurred at the last CALEA conference, as well as upcoming trends and standards. It is a valuable tool and worth the membership for that alone.

Once an agency is a PAC member they maintain an association with other professional and accredited agencies to utilize as a knowledge base and assist if asked. Also, the PAC is a great place to draw from for Mocks prior to an on-site. There are several extremely knowledgeable people within RMAN when it comes to the accreditation process. This is a valuable group to belong to, especially considering the resources available. All are more than willing to assist any other agency in any way possible.
