Welcome Ladies to a place you can call your own. This board belongs to everyone that joins. We are MOMs and Wives of Military Members throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. I created this board so MOMs had a place to go and talk to someone who can understand our unique position in the lives of our Military Sons and Daughters. We are typically left with little to no info on their jobs or where a bouts, while Wives are left alone without their main breadwinners. We are all in this together.

You will find that this board is different than most other boards. I expect bodily as well as verbal participation. It is understood that there will be times when your health isn't up to par, your Military Member is deployed, or other family / life issues interrupt your participation in our group. There will be times that YOU just cannot do another thing. This is totally acceptable, and do not, for a minute, think that I still expect you to go on. It is part of our connection to each other that makes that a normal process we all go through. I will call you all from time to time to chat, to hear how you are doing or to get participation for upcoming special events. I will still try to prod and herd you all to attend different events that I feel, as MOMs we should show up in force to make a statement. There is far too much negativity out there toward our Military Members that NOW is the time to stand up and be counted. My belief is that if we as MOMs can't come together to show support for our troops, how can we expect mere civilians to do so.

Come & find friends and enjoy our time together. Its important for MOMs to get out together and find friendship with those that can understand what we are going through. Don't fight that, let it happen. FOR you newbies, you will be totally amazed at how easily it happens and the friendships you will acquire, as we are all kindred spirits!!!
