•Avoid "flaming" and do not respond to "flames". Both will result in removal.
•Be respectful of other members time and bandwidth. Be conservative with posting. Preferably, only after reading other posts on the topic and responding with (1) one consolidated response. Quality is better than Quantity.

Inappropriate posts include:
•Commercial Advertising *this will result in removal with no warning*
•Forwarding of private emails without permission.
•Spam, hoaxes, chain letters and the like.
•Posts with no clear added value to a topic or the community. (i.e. "me too", "thanks", etc.)

What is appropriate:
•General Posting: information/discussion that is of value to the community and lives of residents.
•Community Calendar: Post Garage Sales, Community Events, etc.
•Applications: There are multiple ways to share in this application!
