Welcome to The Rochester Chat Cafe.



What is this site about? The cafe is a site where members of Rochester ReUseit may chat, discuss local events, ask questions, and share community rescources.

What may members do at the Cafe?

1. Members may share information regarding community resources on this site.
2. Members may chat about community events, policies and issues, and other things here.
3. Members may advertise their OWN garage/yard or neighborhood sales. Members may also advertise church or non-profit sales.
4. Ask "how to" questions. Or ask for advice. About things, NOT about your love life!
5. Ask for or offer "services." Members may request or offer services here, but they MUST remain FREE of charge.
6. Offer and Request SOME times not allowed on Rochester ReUseit. This may include coupons, gmail accounts, bottle tops, etc.
7. Offer or request pocket pets ONLY (fish, birds, rodents okay; cats, dogs, puppies, kittens, etc. NOT okay)

What are the Rules?

1. There will be NO Flaming of ANY kind. There is a zero tolerance policy in effect. You will be warned once, and then banned from the Cafe List should you flame, harrass, threaten, etc., any other member of this list. No exceptions.
2. You must be a member of the Rochester ReUseit List to be a member of the Cafe List.
3. You may not offer or request anything which would be accepted on the ReUseit list. Anything offered or requested here must be free, legal, and appropriate for all age levels.
4. You may NOT contact members offering to sell items. Period.
5. You may NOT spam or advertise your home or other business.
6. Keep politics and religion at home please!
