Rochester, NY, USA:  Taking a page from the original BCL group near Washington, DC, I'm starting a list for those in my area interested in starting a local BCL group of our own. For those who don't know, this is where a bunch of goths get dressed up - "business acceptable" dressed up - and go to lunch or events or whatever. The object is to make people aware that just because people happen to be wearing all black does not mean they're bad people. It's a PR vehicle and a way to have fun, all rolled into one! :)
