Rice-Steele County Freecycle serves the communities and surrounding areas of Rice and Steele Counties. However, this Network is open to anyone who would like to give or get FREE items. The GOAL is to REDUCE WASTE going into our landfills. So, whether you are young, old, rich, or poor you qualify to use FREECYCLE.

RULES: EVERYTHING must be posted FREE, whether it's a TV, chair, piano, bike, clothing, car, lawn mower, or old windows. Our motto: Keep it FREE, Keep it LEGAL, Keep it APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES.

PLEASE read the etiquette section of your "Welcome Email" before posting to get the best responses to your postings. Respond to a posting directly and you just might get it. It is up to the giver to set up a pickup time for passing on the treasure.

Keep in mind that this is a MODERATED list, so all FOR SALE, SPAM, SOLICITING, TRADE and POLITICAL posts will be DELETED.

Rice-Steele County Freecyle is modeled after the original Tucson Freecycle Network. Our Northfield and Dodge Center neighbors have started their own groups--check it out!
