A forum intended for the discussion among Christians of the theology and practices of historic revivalism, the Great Awakenings of the 1700s and 1800s as well as other noteworthy revivals of history, noted Revivalists such as John Wesley, George Whitefield, Jonathan Edwards, Charles Finney, Asa Mahan, etc. General issues related to the Christian life are also welcome, as well as current trends in evangelical theology, though we shall attempt to keep our focus on revival theology.

This forum is intended to be a place for dialogue and discussion, not posting of "personal prophecies," etc. Though our focus is to be on historic revivals and revivalism, we are of course free to discuss new theological paradigms related to our group's focus, such as Open Theism.

Anyone who considers themselves an evangelical Christian (submitted to the authority of Christ and of Scripture) and who is willing to interact in a Christian, respectful manner is welcome. Belief in the Deity of Christ and the inspiration of the Scriptures is an agreed-upon truth here.
