I have spent every summer on the weekends and weekdays in Rehoboth for
the last 27 years- we have a home down there - we love it!! I will
never go back to the Jersey shore!!

The crab barn is excellent and also the Lamppost. And of course
Grottos pizza!!!

We are heading down to Rehoboth Beach the end of the month for a first time
visit. After hearing all the great things from everybody, I wish I were leaving
today! It's great to know places like this still can be found.

I need some help. My family is going to Rehoboth Beach tomorrow to meet up
with more family. We are flying from Mississippi to Baltimore and will be
picke up by family members and heading to Reboboth. A friend of mine is
meeting us on Thursday. She is flying into Washington National Airport and
then driving to Rehoboth. I am not at all familiar with the region. I tried
several internet sites, but each gave me different info. So now I'm not sure
how to tell her to get there. What I need is specific directions from the
airport to Maryland (Hwy 50 East). Thanks in advance for the help.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Spent a week at a campground by Rehoboth Beach. I visited Rehoboth Beach,
Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach and Ocean City, Maryland. I enjoyed Rehoboth
Beach the best. It is more family oriented and not as crowded as Ocean
City.
It was a very enjoyable vacation. I met people there that have been going
to Rehoboth Beach for 20+ years. Going to Rehoboth Beach will our family
vacation site for many years to come. Have a good day all....

Sincerely,

Tim Wolfe

I'm from PA. I've vacationed at Ocean City and Rehoboth my entire life (34
years). When I go on vacation with my friends I prefer Ocean City because
of the night life, etc. When I vacation with my children I will only go to
Rehoboth Beach. It is clean, family oriented and inexpensive. Your kids
will love it.

I can tell you about a house for rent (the rent is MUCH cheaper than a
hotel). It sleeps about 6-7 people and is 1/2 block from the
beach/boardwalk (behind Funland if you are familiar with the area). The
only problem is that there are no phones there (the landlady resides there
in the summer) and so you have to actually go there to reserve it. The
address is 23 Brooklyn Avenue. Maybe not for this summer but you may want
to check this out while you are down there for future summers.

Hi beach buddies,
I know this is probably crazy, but is there any hope of finding
accommodations for Aug. 4, 5, 6, leave on 7th? Have been
spending ions of time on Rehoboth Beach webside, but unsure
of which motels are good....looking for reasonable
room near beach for two. Help?
Enjoy your summer! Wish we were there...I think.
Kate
