The Region 4 List is an email list for Region 4 Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation members or their parents.

Its primary goal is to provide a vehicle for communication within the region about important upcoming events, issues or any other noteworthy news items pertaining to fellow regional members.
All notes will start with [Region 4 SBD] in the subject line for ease of identification.

IMPORTANT: ALL MESSAGES POSTED TO THE GROUP WILL BE SENT TO ALL MEMBERS. PRIVATE MESSAGES SHOULD BE SENT TO THE SPECIFIC RECIPIENT'S PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS. Be mindful of who your reply is addressed to. Hitting "Reply"could send a note to the entire group though mail is moderated.
